Introduction:

Shi Jia Zhuang Bei Hua Mineral Wool Board Co., Ltd is a large-scale enterprise producing mineral wool sound-absorbing panels in China. It has advanced technology, excellent equipment, superb technology, standardized management, and advanced product technical indicators. It can produce products about six major categories and more than a dozen varieties, including knurling, embossing, printing, spraying, and three-dimensional molded,etc.

Zhongzheng Thermal Fluid Heater Technical Team has customized the thermal fluid heater system according to the actual situation of Beihua. Beihua Boiler House has installed two YY(Q)W-8200Y(Q) thermal fluid heater with rated thermal power of 7 million kcal each, which meets the needs of Beihua in production. The project uses a horizontal gas-fired thermal fluid heater according to the layout of the boiler room to facilitate the boiler room piping installation. Multiple layers of tightly packed pipe bundles and multiple round-bars for sealing and fixing are used in each round to prevent smoke short circuit. According to customers’ feedback, the heaters are operating stable and normal now.
